I’m a Calgary-based therapist dedicated to providing trauma-informed, culturally sensitive care for BIPOC (which stands for Black, Indigenous, and People of Color), LGBTQIA2S+, and neurodiverse clients across Canada—supporting you to heal, grow, and show up fully as your authentic self. My work centers folks who are navigating big feelings, complex histories, and layered identities—especially those who rarely see themselves reflected in traditional spaces of care.
